Is the fume/dust generation area enclosed by machine guard completely with sliding doors . If so, dimensions of the welding booth. Please provide sketch, if possible.
If not enclosed, can a suction hood of approx. dia 150 mm, be placed within 150 mm to the fume generation point (If not within 150 mm please give distance at which hood can be placed)

On the welding job how far apart are the weld spots, and how many spots are there.
How would you like the filter system be mounted?
For a welding booth,by the side, on an angle stand.
For fixed jobs,on a movable trolley.
Fixed anglestand.
For large job, on a movable trolley.
For open welding jobs, the suction hood has to be placed close to   the fume generation spot. This can be done using a floor mounted adjustable stand of height according to the height of the job from the floor. Using this stand the suction hood can be placed as required by manually moving the stand. Please specify height of the job from the floor.
If multiple welding spots are to be combined with a centralised system, please specify giving the layout.
If any system is/was used please indicate make, model and capacity, if possible.
